I've got this at the moment, I am not sure if it is the server or PHP problems HELP!!

Ok so practically its saying I need PHP5.0 ? or the main installation itself.

That discussion makes no sense to me sorry, I WANT TO KNOW if its a PHP problem or something else; that describes the XAMP whilst mine is live on a cPanel server
